To be fair to all UA-camrs who reviewed this microphone. You gave the best explanation with a solid sound test. And you're right, with the music it's difficult to tell the difference which microphone was being used.

Im listening to this on the 80 ohm dt770 pro limited edition, i bought on amazon new for $160. I can't justify trading my current headphones for these. The detachable cable is a good upgrade, it would be nice to have since the DT770 pro comes with only a 10 foot cable, which can be too long if you want to use it with your phone and having to fold it up into a pocket or bag is annoying. The sound on the 770 pro is hard to beat for the price and the 770 pro is extremely durable and well made already. I might look into getting these if my dt770 pro breaks, but since they are so well made it will probably be at least a decade before that happens xD

I can’t see how these can be comparable in sound to the 770 og when they use the same driver as the 700 pro x. I don’t see how it’s any different than the prox

First of all, thank you for all the work you have done. I'm not sure if I heard a difference between the respective devices. Does that even make sense on UA-cam? Sound and picture are compressed so that I can't hear any difference. I don't know about the other viewers.

Who's had their mk3 for more than 6 months already? Are there any issues with the keybed? Are the drivers all good now?

I have the mini 2, total pain in the ass. Constantly having driver issues, windows doesn’t recognize it. I just threw it in the trash after 2 years of using it. Really slows down my recording.

To everyone who is planing on buying Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro headphones, you can use this headphones for mix and mastering but only with EQ CORRECTION, otherwise its a big no, high end and seperation between mid and high frequencies will destroy your mix i am telling you this with experience, i have the 80ohms version end i am using a sound profile and they are good, my mixes sound good on every device.That's my honest review and real opinion about them.

Keine Ahnung wie die Tasten hier qualitativ abschneiden. Aber ich hab mal bei nem Freund eine NI Tastatur gespielt. Für einen Pianisten oder jemanden der Wert auf eine gute Tastatur legt ist fas ein absolutes no go! So eine schlechte Spielzeugtastatur hatte ich selten unter den Fingern!

Sanjay C you always do great reviews! You're the one that started me using Ableton haha. I'm now considering Luna for windows. My only honest problem I have is that it doesn't support VST2. I use Studio Linked Trophies by Bryan Michael Cox and it looks like I would have to give that up. But shape does sound very good. I'm on the fence, please push me. haha I have an update.... If you open up Komplete Kontrol you can still use your VST2!! I might pull the trigger now

I'm a complete newb when it comes to these physical synths. My question is, as beautiful and wonderful sounding as this synth is, what makes it better than a DAW? Can't Daws do the same thing?? Sorry for my ignorance. Again, I'm a totally newbie so I don't know crap.

A and C - they sound pretty similar, smooth, no boxy, balanced highs. I own a pair of Adams, but they have too much highs and therefore the mixes come out a little muddy, I want to replace them with Genelec

bass is slightly more important to me but soundstage is still closely important to me, but I like to hear and feel the bass without things getting muddy like some consumer listening devices

I agree with your comments regarding Arturia effects. I'm not interested in all the hardware emulation for effects, mixing and mastering etc, but I'm super interested in Efx Motion, Efx Fragments. (I already picked up Efx Refract when it first came out and it's very cool.) I would love a bundle of just the more creative modern effects.

How do I connect three synths with Midi I/O and USB and an Arturia Kwikstep to my Mac running Ableton Lite 11 please? I have a Behringer UMC 202HD audio interface and a Midi Solutions Quadra Thru. Do I need a better MIDI interface with more inputs and outputs?

What ipad is best for music production

Good video - expensive components. Windows, DAWS and plugins are extra. Linux Manjaro has the DAWS and plugins - they are free. Add a decent used PC and you have a scalable powerhouse without the snooping from Microsoft.
